It would be such a wonderful time to be at a cafe in France drinking and having fun. The walk home would be something to remember too. Sorry that those times are gone. It makes me want to kick TSMP in the beehind.Bag Bloghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01885412195900280096noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10997257.post-22862517088071349712007-12-14T11:58:00.000-06:002007-12-14T11:58:00.000-06:00Great paintings, as always! The one of Sacré-Coeu...Great paintings, as always! The one of Sacré-Coeur (the famous white cathedral at the top of Montmarte) strikes a chord. Yet another bitter-sweet memory...this time it's the time TSMP, a college friend of hers, and I stayed in the cafes of Montmarte one evening, well past the time the buses and Metro quit running. We'd blown ALL our money on wine and other necessary entertainment and wound up walking back to the flat we were staying in. A four-hour walk (stagger?) through Paris in the early, early morning, as it turned out. Needless to say, all three of us were DEAD-tired by the time we got home.

Nice photo of Jess and Lindsay, too. Congrats to them both!Buckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05319116022465066060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10997257.post-21880652583291672632007-12-14T11:01:00.000-06:002007-12-14T11:01:00.000-06:00I love both of the paintings.
