My nephew, Oliver, has had a great senior year as the kicker for the Rider Raiders. The Raiders travel this weekend to San Angelo to play a team from El Paso. Yep, they have made it to the playoffs. Here is a recent picture of the team. Oliver is no. 14. Good lookin' kid, no?

Ah...high school football! Portales is playing for the State 3-A championship tomorrow afternoon. Here in P-Town. I might go. If it's warm!! :-)
rGrenada doesn't usually have a very good football team. I don't even know how they did this year. But they have the best band in the state!
