So far I have been enjoying my watercolor a day. As the month progresses, things get busier. We will see how I do. Here are the second six paintings of the month. #1 is Ezra, a friend's grandson. #2 Beach scene. #3 Stagecoach Stop in Questa, NM. #4 Honour's 2nd birthday. #5 Church at Ocate, NM. #6 Flowers inspired by Tammie

Your two young portraits are so cute and sentimental. I recognize the stagecoach stop house. The beach scene is so welcoming. I like the church painting but don’t remember the actual church. It’s been many years since we went through Ocate. Your paintings have me a bit homesick for New Mexico. Watercolor suits the scenes so well.
Jo,
I'm such a goof! I thought I had answered this. Must be lost in the Net. I Knew you would recognize the Stagecoach stop. The church in Ocate is very simple. It can be very dramatic in the right light. I love Ocate buildings.
Ha, I don't usually expect an answer so don't feel bad.
I love the old New Mexico houses, too. The light can change them so much. Fun!
Jo,
Old houses and light make for a good painting most anytime.
