Jesse and Lindz sweet-talked a few young boy scouts into letting them sit on the front row at the inauguration (only ticket holders were supposed to get seats - Jesse and Lindz were not ticket holders) where they heard Ret. Gen. Tommy Franks speak a thank you to the troops. Jesse said he was wonderful, but then she knows he is one of my heroes. They also heard Toby Keith sing, and Mary Fallin become Governor in her best Okie accent. Of course they did all this in freezing temperatures and snow. I can’t decide if I would like to have been there or not

...in freezing temperatures and snow.
I'd have opted out because of either, not just both.
I've had ENOUGH of winter already and there's still one helluva long way to go.
What fun! I'm kinda jealous, other than the sitting-outside-in-the-snow-and-cold thing.
What good scouts and what a wonderful opportunity for the girls!
What Buck said.
NOT what Staci said.
What Dale said.
Dale, as to those scouts...I'm thinking they were not the strong in security dept. to be sweet-talked by the girls. Toby said he was surprised the scouts were not sitting with the girls.
Staci, I was a bit jealous, but then I'm not as tough as I used to be nor as sweet.
Andy, What I said above.
Buck, What I said to Andy.
