Perfect OK Weather

Sometimes in OK you have these incredibly beautiful days where the temperature is just right and there is no wind. Yesterday was one of those days. So we did what all good Okies do; we went outside.  Bo and his family came over. We cooked out and then when on a hike. Notice that several of us are wearing short sleeves. Those in long sleeves got hot. Here is the family on the top of the hill overlooking our place. Jesse took more photos than I did, and probably much better photos.
The GGs did some cheesy poses on the hay bale. Then I caught GBN2 right as she spotted other fun and jumped off the hay bale - made for a much better pic.  Maybe later I can steal some pics from Jes to show you more of GBN3. He actually did quite a bit of walking for a little feller. Then he fell asleep on Toby's shoulder for the last little bit of our hike and slept the rest of the afternoon.

The weather did not last. In the wee hours of the night, the wind started howling. Lawn furniture was scattered over the pasture this morning and the temps got cold. The high today is suppose to be 33. The good news - I get my aligners off today. Nothing can be bad today.

I can't believe how big your grandson is. He's almost ready for day labor on the farm! :-)

I cleaned my barn that day, which somehow collects junk. I made three trips to dumpsters in town with my big trash can. Yes, I'm a secret dumpster user.

I think we would have to get a roll-off bin to get all the junk out of our barn.

Stefan, doesn't sound too secret. :)

Lou, beautiful day, beautiful photos and no aligners!!

I think the no aligners may be the best part.

Yep -- I wore short sleeves a few days ago. Not so much today! Beautiful family!
