Puppy & Painting Update

My art buddy, Barb, came over to paint with me Friday afternoon. We always have a good time together. She is always willing to try some new watercolor techniques. We tried a lesson out of an old Watercolor Magazine using lots of color and then sprinkling sea salt into the paint.  Here are both our paintings.
I did a little touch up to mine and took another photo without the blue tape border. One of the best things about watercolor is the way the paint moves and flows together. I like the funkiness of it.

Here is an update on the puppy. All the dogs.
Just Juba. Yep, we are calling him Juba. Toby calls him Jubilee or the Jubilator. He also mentioned that Juba was such a hoot. So I call him Juba the Hoot.

Ahhhh, just love the paintings. I really enjoy your watercolors. So good to paint together with a friend.

Juba is a hoot for sure!

Painting with someone is a sure way to break the barrier.

With so many dogs I bet you have to walk on your tippy-toes to avoid the fertilizer...

We walk softly and carry a big shovel.
