Don't Grow Weary
At the end of a lesson/sermon, our preacher usually has everyone stand. Then he says to turn to someone and give them an encouragement - like - Don't grow weary in well doing. It is such a simple thing, and yet, it is so important. In several of the blogs I read, people seem to be tired of the media bias, anti-war, anti-American, anti-Israel, leftwing crazies, and out-right lies that flood our lives. Don't be swept up in the flood. Know that there is good in the world, and there is right. Fight against hate and stupidity, but leave vengence to God. Do all with patience and forbearance and love. Know when to shake the dust from your sandals and move on.

Hello,
Have noticed from a past post you live in Duncan. My mom was born there and my grandfather lived and practiced dentistry for 60 years in Duncan (304 N 14th--really, he was 89 when he retired, same year he got his first hole in one). Some of the best memories of my life are in Duncan. Don't know how long you've lived there--long enough to remember the drive-in out on the highway (how we knew we were almost THERE!)or Twilight Beach? First thing we did was buy ourselves a banana moon pie--no such thing in Colo. I think I first saw you at Tim Boggs' site--he caught my eye because my maiden name was Boggs. (Apparently no relation) Also remember the Ridley's Prize T bone steaks. We used to g around the state to different resorts, Fountainhead, Arrowhead, Lake Murray. Those lovely resorts are probably torn down and replaced with something else. Once we stopped at this terrible little roadside zoo to feed the animals that were all starving--I went too close to one of the cages and a monkey grabbed me by the hair. Oh, those were the days.....Take Care
