Last year at this time Toby was working in Corpus Christi. Jesse and I joined him for a most wonderful weekend. I thought the trip deserved another look. Here are some of my favorites photos. Bo says this photo looks like a postcard. It was taken from the 99cent margarita place which happens to be near the Lexington. Of course the highlight of the trip was our tour of the Lexington (well, the Mexican food at Jalisco's was just pretty darn good). Last year I posted a photo of Jesse pretending to shoot the margarita place with the big guns. This photo was less silly, but very nice. We had such a great time climbing around the ship. We enjoyed the beach too.

So... what's up with the nautical themes? I just posted a pic of SN2 in his "suite" aboard the USS Rodney M Davis... before coming over here, Lou.
I blame Mezzo... ;-)
And... about the newest painting... I like it!
You are right. Lou. That was definitely worth a second look.
Very cool pics, Lou! Looks like a fun trip! I would love to go back to Corpus sometime...the only time I've ever been (about 7 years ago) was during a reallllly bad storm.
HAhahah Buck...that's funny. Sure, I'll take the blame ;)
I blame the nautical theme on Mezzo, too. I would even visit San Francisco to see a battle ship or maybe Mezzo on stage.
I like your thinking! lol
Fun pictures. The first picture does look like a postcard. Or maybe one of those pictures that comes in the picture frames.
99 CENT MARGARITAS!!!!!!!!
Diva, yep - that is what drew us to the place.
Where's the 99 cent margarita place???
