Painting Pears
The Painted Ladies watched a watercolor video yesterday and painted along with the lesson. I don’t remember the name of the watercolor artist who presented the lesson. It was informative. I had trouble not mocking the artist’s voice and word choice. He said things like, "trust the process." It was probably one of those "you had to be there" things. I tend to be a bit snarkey anytime someone is over expressive and enthusiastic. It reminds me of Giada on "Everyday Italian," the cooking show on the Food Network. I like her cooking, but her enthusiastic expressions are just silly – I guess that is part of the presentation. Anyway, here is the paintings we did from the video.
