Four

Last night at church, I sat by GBN2. Aieee that girl, she cracks me up! She had a "note" which she was folding and unfolding and writing "words" on it. Understand that she cannot read or write, but she pretends to sound out the words and read - just like her big sister. She would fold up the note into a small wad, lick it a bit for good measure, and maybe sit on it to get it really small. Then she would break it out again and read it to me, scribble some more "words," and read them too me. In her little church whisper, I could barely understand her, but I did catch, "I love you" in there somewhere.

GBN2 is four years old today. We will have a party later this evening. And since she cannot read, I can tell you now that she is getting a cowgirl hat or as she says "cowguil" hat. This was "Baby Soapy" at the hospital with her dad and big sister four years ago.
