Christmas Eve

We are getting ready for the second annual Christmas Eve dinner and talent show.  I'm cleaning house and decorating for company.  Toby and Jesse made a trip to town and the grocery store.  We will grill the usual fajitas, but we don't really have any talent for the show.  Silliness is our game.  We worked on the stage a bit this morning and practiced our skit. Then we laughed hard.  Jesse cannot do anything in character.  She constantly falls into fits of laughing, which causes the rest of us to lose it, too.  Here is a sample of our skit.  Hopefully it will get better, and I can post a truly funny skit later.  If I don't get back to you today, have a merry Christmas. Remember that there is nothing in God's word that says you have to celebrate Christ's birth, although it is a nice thing to do and lots of fun.  Remember there is nothing in the Bible about giving everyone a gift and going into dept and struggling to make ends meet. Remember that there is lots about loving each other and being patient and forbearing with one another, which has lots to do with peace on earth.
