Paris Pastel

Cold weather blew in last night. It would be fine, if the wind had not continued to blow all day, too.  It has been a good day to put oldies on Pandora and get into my right brain.  I've done other things like laundry and dishes, but I pretty much finished this little pastel. It is from a photo taken at Luxembourg Gardens. It is amazing how taking a photo of my painting and uploading it to my computer gives me a different view - helps me to see things that my eye missed. Chances are there will be something else that I missed, but for now I will set it aside and look at it for a few days.

I was there and don't think you missed a thing! This is a great painting, Lou. Thanks for sharing and the memories!

Beautiful! I still have all the paintings you sent me. One day, I'm going to get them framed so I can display them.

It was a good day being with cousins and enjoying the sunshine.

Isn't EVERY day in Paris pretty much a good day?

And what Barbara said about the painting.

Thanks Buck. Every day in Paris was good, except for the pick-pocketing.
