The tutoree left a few minutes ago. I would have posted earlier, but I had nothing. And, I needed to do some homework to get ready for the Tutoree - brush up on my Iliad. Anyway, after she left, I was thinking about what I wanted to do vs. what I needed to do. I had this thought about what I wanted to do, but then I thought, "I have no time for ..." Then for some crazy reason the thought, "No Time for Sergeants" came into my head. Where do these things come from? Thank goodness for Google. I had to look up that movie to see who was in it and what it was about. Oh yeah! I remember it now. Now I'm at the computer - goofing off again. No wonder I don't get anything done around here. My thought process is wild.
I'm going to go paint now - if I can keep my mind focused. Well, I might eat something first...then...

I'm pretty sure "No Time for Sergeants" was one of the first military movies I ever saw. It's a good one, too.
I followed the link because I didn't recall the movie... and now I will have to see if our library has a copy so I can watch it! (I haven't seen it). Jamie Farr from M*A*S*H and Don Knotts as well as Andy Griffith? Wow!
Jamie Farr was the co-pilot!
Buck, wasn't the "Gomer Pyle USMC" sort of a spin off of "No Time for Sergeants"?
Alison, I did not realie Jamie Farr was in it. Now I will have to go back and see it.
Stefan, Yep, I'm definitely going to have to see it again.
Gomer Pyle had a LOT of similarities to NTFS.
"I'm going to go paint now - if I can keep my mind focused. Well, I might eat something first...then..." I swear we are related.....
